The Lake Cavanaugh Trust would like to thank everyone for their messages of support over the past few weeks. To update you all, we’ve officially submitted our reply to FPA 819391 through our attorney and are awaiting a response from the DNR.
While we feel confident that we’ve raised sufficient questions to require the logging company to resubmit their FPA, we are expecting them to continue to pursue DNR permission to expand their logging practices on Frailey Mountain.
